Rent an A3 copier for only 39€ per month!

PrinterGuys have just made it even cheaper to start up with a real copier – by reducing the monthly rent. From only kr. 299 per month including service contract.

The price per page is 15 øre for a black/white page and 69 øre for a colour page. That is still less than most A4 printers.

This means that customers who don’t have a very large print need still can get safely, quickly and cheaply underway with a professional copier. Should your print need increase, then you can at any time change to another bigger subscription when you use NEW COMPANY as we call this really competitive subscription. If you print more, then TWELVE-ZERO will still be cheapest in the long run because the price per page is lower.

We have priced the machine so that it matches a typical small A4 multi-function printer in the office of smaller or new companies. That’s often a Brother MFC L8850CDW which costs kr. 6500 + tax, without any service contract. Or a HP LaserJet Pro 500 Color. The problem with these machines is only that they are small A4 machines without the smart functions which features such as a big 7″ colour display and a professional scanning will give you.

Who would believe that a small A4 machine at 870€ actually costs the same as a real A4/A3 copier costing over 4.000€? No, that doesn’t sound right.

But that’s life at PrinterGuys. We’re not quite like the rest.

In fact, there are many small A4 printers which cost significantly more than 69 øre per colour page. Examples of very dear machines are HP ColorLaserJet 5225, HP ColorLaserJet 3525 and Lexmark CX510. These cost over 100 øre per page without service contract.

The customers who are most likely to rent a copier for kr. 299 per month are typically architects, new companies, shops, entrepreneurs, project-based companies who during some periods don’t print very much.
