At PrinterGuys, you rent business printers at a fixed monthly price and your price doesn’t change unless you change your subscription. That means you can set a printer budget that lasts ‒ next year and the year after.
Each year you save an amount equal to the inflation rate. In other words, the longer you have your printer subscription, the cheaper it gets.
Avoid bad prints with automatic toner ordering
No one wants to be left with white lines on presentation material or a printer that runs out of toner just when you need to print out an important contract to be signed.
That is why ink and toner are included in your PrinterGuys subscription, and we will send you new cartridges automatically and free of charge before you run out.

The subscription price includes everything you need: rental of the printer, all your prints incl. service agreement, all toner consumption and shipping of toners. The only thing you have to pay for yourself is your paper and electricity for the machine. We do not distinguish between B/W and color pages.

The only thing that you have to pay for is your paper and power to the machine.
